Jinyou axis flat-bed trailer is the interconnected one of modular design (interchangeable structure). The trailer can be used for loading the goods with a wide range of sizes and weights; therefore, it is versatile tool. In particular, the trailer is applicable to the transportation of heavy goods, such as the large industrial parts, transformers, hydraulic turbines and large-scale boilers.

 

The flatbed trailer is provided with the hydraulic axis compensation and the hydraulic steering system. The 650mm axis compensation amplitude ensures that the weight of the flatbed with the height of 1,190mm and with goods can be uniformly distributed in each axis of the support body, that is to say, the application of the flatbed trailer can prevent overloading of a single axis.

 

As for the adjustment operation, the hydraulic adjusting device can be applied to adjust the height of the flatbed to the suitable place.

 

The component (module) structure makes the various forms of connections possible. The different combinations of the trailer due to the different objects for transportation are available.

 

The connection between the flatbed trailer and the tractor is achieved by the swan neck motion that is a special device developed by Jinyou. The application of the swan neck motion ensures that the back flatbed trailer is distributed with the appropriate proportion of load pressures and wheels of the tractor bear the appropriate weight, even on the worst roads.
